At Skechers Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our stylish footwear including Athletic & Sneakers, Block Heels, and Boat Shoes. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Accessories that have been opened or used. All BOGO Free items must be returned together if returning part of the promotion.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange
  2. Our team will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and include a copy of your invoice
  4. Ship the package to our returns center at:

  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Processing

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund. There is no additional shipping charge for exchanges of the same value.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (including our Basketball Shoes or Black & White Styles), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some remote areas in Asia), please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment.
