Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to customers worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking available

International Customers: Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Skechers footwear as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Important Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Accessories that have been opened or used. All BOGO Free items must be returned together if returning part of the promotion.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Get Authorization: Our team will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Pack Securely: Include the item in its original packaging with all tags and a copy of your invoice
  4. Ship to Us: Send your package to:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Processing

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item isn’t available, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund. There’s no additional shipping charge for exchanges of the same value.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise (including our Basketball Shoes or Black & White Styles), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
